When I started at Mastervolt 

(previous company name) the company was still in an entrepreneurial phase. HR had to be established. Getting al the basics in place such as compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll systems, training programs etc.

This had to be done for several countries in Europe.  
I loved to work in this international enviroment. Get insight in different cultures, legislation, really getting things done.

This also lead to succesfull international recruitment of engineers all over the planet. Engineering became an international team with many nationalities. I dare to say we were ahead of hour time.
